I am a therapeutic counsellor and holistic practitioner, with a strong foundation in mental health care. My journey began in holistic therapy, working with energy and the breath to support individuals on their healing paths. Over the years, and through extensive experience in mental health crisis services, this has evolved into an integrative approach that brings together clinical insight with holistic practices to support emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, drawing on regular CPD in areas such as PTSD, nervous system regulation, and energy based therapies. I’m particularly interested in the connection between breath, body, and mind, and how this relationship can restore a sense of safety and balance.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I host regular meditation groups and facilitate retreats that offer space for reflection, restoration, and growth. Whether in community settings or private sessions, my focus is on creating grounded, compassionate environments where healing can unfold naturally.

I believe in the power of presence, deep listening, and meeting people exactly where they are. As a registered member of the BACP , I work within an ethical framework that supports safe, respectful, and empowering practice.
