Therapeutic Counselling
I offer one-to-one counselling in a calm, supportive space. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on Eugene Gendlin’s ,‘Focusing’ technique and breath awareness to help you connect more deeply with your inner experience.
Sessions are guided by presence, empathy, and a gentle unfolding of what needs attention, whether you're working through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply seeking clarity and emotional balance.
Meditation
Community and stillness are powerful medicine. I lead a regular meditation circle designed to foster connection, reduce stress, and offer practical tools for daily balance. These gatherings offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect,with yourself and others.
Sessions may include guided visualisations, breathwork, mindfulness, and reflective discussion, open to all experience levels.
Retreats
My retreats are an invitation to pause. Set in peaceful, natural surroundings, they offer a nurturing space to rest, reflect, and reset. Each retreat weaves together meditation, movement, therapeutic practices, and soulful rest, supporting deeper self-awareness and emotional renewal.
